General Shipping Question
How do I check the status of my order?
Most of our items are handmade to order and will ship 3-7 business days from the date the order was placed, if not sooner! Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification email with tracking information will be sent.
I never received my package. What should I do?
Please contact us at hello@hugglecrafts.com if you do not receive your package after 3 weeks from the time you placed your order. HuggleCrafts is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire about your package. HuggleCrafts is not able to refund or replace stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure!
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after an order is placed. We cannot cancel after that time.
Do I get free shipping?
For orders within the United States, you will get free shipping with order of $70 or more. We offer free shipping internationally with order of $200 or more.
Can my order be expedited?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our product, most of our items cannot be expedited. If you need an item to be shipped sooner than our stated 3-10 business days delivery timeline, please email hello@hugglecrafts.com and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request!
What are your standard shipping times?
All HuggleCrafts pieces are handmade to order. So please allow: 3–10 business days for production before shipping. If we have current stock of your item(s), we will ship them as quirkly as possible.
All domestic (US) orders will be processed and shipped via USPS within 3 weeks of order confirmation unless otherwise indicated in item's description.
What are shipping times for international orders?
All HuggleCrafts pieces are handmade to order. So please allow: 3–10 business days for production before shipping. If we have current stock of your item(s), we will ship them as quirkly as possible.
All international orders will be processed and shipped within 3 weeks of order confirmation unless otherwise indicated in item's description. And occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
At HuggleCrafts, each piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All custom HuggleCrafts item are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind.
What if my product(s) are damaged upon arrival or receive wrong item(s)?
Oh no! That's not good! Please email us right away at hello@hugglecrafts.com with your order number in the subject line of the email! We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
When will refund be processed?
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
Custom Orders
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! If you are interested in creating a custom HuggleCrafts item, please email hello@hugglecrafts.com. Someone from our team will respond within 48 hours! Unless otherwise specified, any custom HuggleCrafts orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I care for my jewelry?
Please be mindful that our jewelry is delicate. We suggest avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, and lotions, as it may lead to tarnishing or discoloration. All jewelry is nickel-free.
