HuggleCrafts Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
All HuggleCrafts pieces are handmade to order. So please allow: 3–10 business days for production before shipping. Each item is carefully handmade with small beads and assembled by hand, so processing time may vary slightly during busy seasons.
Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow 5–7 business days for domestic (US) delivery and 7–15 business days for international orders, as occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances.
Do I get free shipping?
For orders within the United States, you will get free shipping with order of $70 or more. We offer free shipping internationally with order of $200 or more.
Can my order be expedited?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our product, most of our items cannot be expedited. If you need an item to be shipped sooner than our stated 3-10 business days delivery timeline, please email hello@hugglecrafts.com and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request!
I never received my package. What should I do?
Please contact us at hello@hugglecrafts.com if you do not receive your package after 3 weeks from the time you placed your order. HuggleCrafts is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire about your package. HuggleCrafts is not able to refund or replace stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure!
